The Holmes High School Boys Soccer Team tied the school record for number of wins in one season as the Bulldogs beat Gallatin County 4-2 on Senior Night. The team matched the record set during the 1992 season and finished the regular season at 11-5-2. The team also set the school record for goals scored in one season with 65 and the school record for fewest goals allowed with only 27.
The senior class left no doubt about their impact on the program as three seniors scored in the game. Senior Josh Lemus led the way with 1 goal and 2 assists, while Kerry Nolasco and Rogelio Beck both scored one goal each. Junior DV Gulley picked up his 8th goal of the season.
Senior Roy Carter made several difficult saves to preserve the win for the Bulldogs.
