Homecoming 2016

Homecoming 2016

Hey all you bulldog fans...

Holmes High School Student Council welcomes your participation in our annual homecoming parade.  The parade will take place on Friday, September 23 beginning at 5 pm sharp. We want ALL Bulldog Fans to show their school spirit.  Yes, everyone, especially YOU!  We want your school or group to be represented in the parade.

This year, our theme is "Wonders of Covington."  Show your school or BULLDOG spirit.  Decorate posters, cars, faces, etc.  Be creative and unique!

The parade will leave the back of Holmes, turn left on Eastern, left on Wallace, right on Greenup, left on 20th Street and the final stretch on Madison, returning to Holmes. Please enter and meet in the back parking lot at Holmes (Eastern Avenue side) by 4:15 pm to begin lining up.

To reserve your spot in the parade, please contact Ashley Lorenz at ashley.lorenz@covington.kyschools.us

Please note:  EVERYONE participating in the parade must secure their own transportation to and from the high school.  The parade lasts about one hour from start to finish.  Also, to ensure everyone's safety, NO student will be allowed to participate in the parade without adult supervision provided by the school each will be representing.

We want to also cheer our football team to a victory over the Harrison County Thoroughbreds.  The cost of admission is $3 for students and $5 for adults.  The game will begin at 7:30 at Lloyd High School in Erlanger (transportation is NOT provided to the game).

We are excited! Let's have a great time! See you all soon!
