Dear Families: 

Please be advised that Covington Independent Public Schools has made changes to its academic calendar for this school year to make up for time missed due to inclement weather.

-Friday, March 16, which was not a school day for students, will now become a regular school day for all students and staff. Please note this change on your school calendar and make sure your children are in attendance next Friday. 

-Friday, June 1 will be the last day of school for students if the district does not have any more school cancellations. 

We most certainly appreciate your understanding and support. Should you have questions, please contact your child’s school.
