To keep our staff and families informed, Covington Independent Public Schools has emailed or called the appropriate group each time a student or staff member tested positive for COVID-19. 

At the same time, our Health Services Department has created a district dashboard that provides information about positive cases each day. 

To eliminate this duplication, going forward, the district dashboard will be our method to communicate this information.

Covington’s Health Services Department will continue to work with the local health department for contact tracing and we will continue to inform those who are close contacts as a result of any school-related exposure.

To access the dashboard, please go to the district website, www.covington.kyschools.us, and click COVID dashboard. The dashboard will show the number of cases by each school. The dashboard shows data from the previous day.
