Here is a chance to get your child vaccinated before school starts on August 19.

Wild Health will be administering the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine at Holmes High School in partnership with Team Kentucky. This vaccination clinic is for anyone ages 12 and older, including students, staff, and members of the community.

For participants under age 18, a digital parental consent is required. The parent/guardian is not required to accompany the child to the event if the digital consent is completed ahead of time.

Since this will be a healthcare event, masks must be worn to enter the facility.

You may participate whether you need your first or second dose of the COVID vaccine. If you will be receiving your first dose, we will also help you schedule your appointment to return for your second dose on August 12.

If you will be receiving your second dose at this event, please bring your vaccine card to verify your first dose - keeping in mind that your first dose must also be Pfizer, and it must be at least 21 days since you received your first dose.
