Nominations are now being accepted for the 2023 Class Act Awards. Each year Covington Schools recognizes the “Class Acts” in our school system. These classified employees go beyond the call of duty. They change ordinary moments into memorable ones. They are self-motivated and lead by example. They demonstrate every day that they value the Covington community, students, and co-workers. These “Class Acts” know that others are counting on them, so they seldom miss work. They know that their contributions are important and truly stand out as exemplary staff members. They see each day as an opportunity to make a difference.

Who is eligible to be a “Class Act?”

• instructional assistants
• custodians
• cafeteria employees
• maintenance staff members
• secretaries
• bus drivers and monitors
• all other classified employees
