The Covington Board of Education is committed to providing quality customer service in our schools and office. Our students, their parents, community and business leaders are our valued customers and we are committed to meeting their needs by creating a welcoming,
customer-friendly environment.
Part of our commitment is the employee focus on serving and treating students, parents, taxpayers, and peers in the best possible manner. Members of the Classified Advisory Council made excellent recommendations for our customer service initiative. These employees meet and greet the public daily.
With that in mind, our customer service guideline focuses on developing positive relationships with those with whom employees come in contact. Our ultimate goal is for everyone who visits or calls Covington schools to have the best possible experience and to leave our buildings knowing that their child is in the best urban school district in the country.
